Mount Kisco Parking Has Permit and Meter Layers

Mount Kisco drivers should separate permit parking, meter rules, handicap permits, and enforcement hours before leaving a car downtown or near the station.

Published June 24, 2026 · Last verified June 24, 2026

Mount Kisco parking is a small but useful practical check because the village serves residents, visitors, commuters, and downtown businesses. The village parking-permit page says 2026 parking permits can be applied for online, mailed in, or dropped off at the tax office, and that temporary or permanent handicap permits require a license and a doctor’s note or prescription at Village Hall. The parking enforcement page says parking is enforced Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and metered parking is 25 cents for 15 minutes.

It also identifies municipal lots on North Moger Avenue and South Moger Avenue with meter and permit parking. That mix can trip people up because the same downtown trip might involve a meter, a permit lot, a commuter routine, or a handicap-permit question.

Before leaving a car for work, errands, dinner, or a train ride, check the lot, meter, permit type, and enforcement window on the village pages. If you need a permit, note whether the application goes online, by mail, to the tax office, or to Village Hall. Mount Kisco is compact, but the parking rules are layered enough that a quick official check can save a ticket and a small afternoon headache.
