Niagara Parcel Searches Include Tax Amounts
Niagara County property owners can start with the Real Property parcel search for tax amounts, then use the Treasurer for delinquent balances.

A Niagara County property question often starts better with the parcel search than with a guess at the right desk. The Real Property page points people to a Parcel Information Search and notes that the Pros-GAR database can show parcel information and tax amounts.
That is a good starting place for a buyer comparing a listing, a homeowner checking an old bill, or a family member trying to match an address to a parcel. Copy the parcel number, owner name, municipality, and tax year from the search result. Those details make the next question much easier.
The delinquent balance route is separate. Niagara’s Real Property page directs delinquent tax amount questions to the County Treasurer’s Office at 439-7007. The Real Property office itself is listed at the Philo J. Brooks Building, 59 Park Avenue in Lockport, with weekday office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
For a closing, estate file, or tax cleanup, keep the parcel-search printout beside the Treasurer answer. The pair helps separate a current property record from a delinquent-balance question.
