Seneca Falls Water Bills Have a Newer Online Path
Seneca Falls water and sewer customers should use the town's official payment page and note the Five Star Bank lockbox and no-cash rules.

Seneca Falls water and sewer bills are one of those household errands that rewards a bookmark. Town materials describe a Water and Sewer Department serving about 9,000 people, with more than 70 miles of pipeline and staff on call around the clock for water or sewer emergencies.
The payment route has its own small story. The 2026 town payment notice says Seneca Falls switched to a new online payment system beginning January 26, 2026. Town instructions also point people to a Five Star Bank lockbox, say Town Hall no longer accepts cash for water and sewer payments, and say the lockbox does not accept cash.
That is the kind of detail a new homeowner, tenant, adult child helping a parent, or landlord can miss. Decide whether the payment is online, mailed, or lockbox. Keep the account, service address, bill period, amount, and confirmation together.
For Seneca Falls, use the town’s own water and sewer pages early. A bill is less annoying when the payment lane is clear before the due date arrives.
If a bill changes hands during a sale or rental turnover, save the meter question and payment route together. The next person should be able to tell whether the issue is usage, payment, mailing, lockbox timing, or an emergency service call.
