Saratoga County’s delinquent-tax route depends on where the parcel sits and where the collection period stands. The office collects delinquent property taxes for parcels in the county except parcels within the City of Saratoga Springs. Current-year city, town, and village taxes are due to the various towns or cities until April 1. After April 1, delinquent taxes are due to the County Treasurer.
The Treasurer’s page points owners to a delinquent property-tax inquiry form and a payment portal. Before mailing a check or using the portal, confirm the parcel location, whether the City of Saratoga Springs handles it, and the current amount due.
Save the dated lookup with the notice, contract, map, or bill that started the question.
